This is who we are
Supported Marine Surveys (SMS) was formed in 2006 to provide support to marine seismic survey contractors for oil and gas exploration. SMS has grown to become the industry leader in SE Asia. The professional team which formed SMS has a combined total of more than 70 years working on exploration projects, and is managed by:
- Rudy Sujono, Managing Director of Sinma Shipping, handling oil and gas operations in Indonesia, specialising in offshore seismic.
- Dick Arrington, a consultant operations geophysicist, who has managed seismic projects in SE Asia for over 35 years.
- Dennis Karnadi, current manager of Abhitech Group, providing seismic consultancy, studies, HSE, QA/QC (acquisition and processing) and socialisation services based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
SMS is also supported by PT Abhitech Matra Indah, who joined our management team in September 2014, providing SMS with experienced socialisation teams.
